Change. The word is one of the worst and most overused. Yet, it also has the potential to create the best in people at the worst of times. When will change happen? The answer is early and often. It’s not a matter of “if,” it’s a matter of “when.” I am always surprised when people are surprised about how much change is part of their lives. It’s the only thing we know will happen in life and business. Change is essential for growth. Granted, not all change is good, but all change is an opportunity to create something good.
