We looked at the various components that make up a 3D printer and had a brief overview of the several types of materials we can print with. In Part 2, Learning OpenSCAD, we jumped into OpenSCAD by starting out with simple concepts before looking into modules and libraries. In Part 3, Projects, we will combine what we learned from the first two parts of the book and go from OpenSCAD design to 3D-printed objects.
