Learn from Experience

Learning from experience is sometimes called “learning agility,” the rapid continuous learning that occurs based on experiences learners have. Based on a Center for Creative Leadership definition, it is a mindset and corresponding collection of practices that allow people to continually develop, grow, and utilize new strategies to equip themselves for increasingly complex problems.
