Introducing the Drifters
The Drifters started out life labelled as the Broadly Impacted Stability Seekers. The Drifters represent almost 20 per cent of businesses in the economy. This tribe has relatively lower growth aspirations when compared to the Seekers and Whatnows; and yet are moderately satisfied with performance. These businesses are not new or start-ups. They are reasonably mature (on average five years or older) and tend to have slightly above-average revenues, with about half with revenues over $100,000, but with the same employment profile as the Whatnows.
