The past chapter covered techniques that are useful for idea generation and ranking. In this chapter, I describe techniques that focus on problems and solutions. Again, most of these techniques have multiple uses. I have placed them into categories that I hope will be useful to you in determining which technique is most suitable for a particular group situation.
