11.1 Introduction
Policy inerventions towards research and Development regime entrusts its varied technology culture in economic scenarios of every country, where exports in Research and Development (R&D) plays a considerable role in the country's growth profile and its various characteristic models of development. The international monetary fund defines the status of science, and its ratio within various interdisciplinary areas of technology and implementation.
It also includes biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences, as its commercial research criteria, along with patenting and copyright criteria that entails basics of research and innovative development in science, as accorded by central product classification. This ranges from tangible and intangible patenting and copyright system that are one of the key reported areas of the R&D export regime. Tangible pantenting lies under intellectual property and intangible takes leap ahead of software and product designing and development. The same plays a swift role in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) exchange system of technology across international borders by Multinational Enterprises as well as national think tanks and their R&D investment regimes.
