Relaunching growth is about avoiding declining revenues by repositioning the value proposition in a distinctive way relative to the existing competition. It’s about developing or acquiring a new value proposition for a specific target market. Depending on the circumstances, relaunching growth can come into play after any of the other strategic moves.
