Using SMART Meeting Pro Software
Some of the tools and features of SMART Meeting Pro software are similar to those found in SMART Notebook software.
To get started, turn on your interactive whiteboard and launch SMART Meeting Pro by doing one of the following:
Double-pressing the SMART Meeting Pro icon on your desktop
Choosing Start⇒All Programs⇒SMART Technologies⇒SMART Meeting Pro (Note: This procedure varies depending on your operating system.)
Your workspace and all your tools
As soon as you open SMART Meeting Pro software, you’ll be delighted to see that everything you need, and more, is right in front of you. The layout is bright, clear, simple, and neat.
When you have SMART Meeting Pro open, you should see the active workspace (shown in Figure 15-1). Here, notice the following:
The whiteboard annotating/drawing area in the center, which changes when you choose one of the viewing modes
The main SMART Business toolbar on the left, ...
