It’s one thing to say you value transparency, curiosity, and accountability, along with informed choice and compassion. But it’s another thing to act that way. So what do you actually say and do to walk the talk?

I’ve developed a list of eight behaviors based on research and my more than thirty years of helping leaders and their teams improve their results. Over the years I’ve tightened and tuned it (an earlier version contained sixteen behaviors!) systematically down to essentials.
