Last Wills and Testaments

Okay, we’re friends by now, right? So we’ll dispense with the formality and just call them Wills. Usually a formal document, a Will is, thanks to www.dictionary.com, a “legal declaration of a person’s mind as to the manner in which she would have her property or estate disposed of after her death.” Note that the definition says legal declaration not legal document. You don’t need a lawyer to prepare your Will; but, as noted above, I strongly suggest it.
