There is nothing pleasant about death or conversing about death. It’s painful and emotional to talk about the death of anyone, let alone our loved ones. But it’s an important subject and one you shouldn’t put off discussing.

One reason it’s critical to sit down and confer about these issues is that it keeps your loved ones from scratching their heads and wondering what Mom would have wanted, whether the question relates to your health care, your finances, or your funeral.
