The Origins of Smarter Collaboration

This book is an example of smarter collaboration in action. A half decade ago, Harvard Business Review Press published my first book, Smart Collaboration. As my thinking evolved and my work with organizations expanded, I came to see both the tremendous untapped opportunities related to smart collaboration and the limits of my own experiences and knowledge base in pursuing those opportunities. So as I explain later, I took my own advice and joined forces with a smart collaborator—Ivan Matviak. You’ll hear from him in a moment.
