Six principles for outsourcing success

Taking the need for committed leadership and the parallels with M&A, experience shows that applying six core principles underpinning successful M&A deals can help to ensure that outsourcing delivers at least its original business objectives and benefits. These six principles are illustrated in Figure 1.
