Appendix 3. Buyer Feedback Tool

To the successful I Owe U salesperson, any feedback from buyers is hugely valuable. It helps them to adjust their approach and avoid becoming complacent or slipping into bad habits.

The Buyer Feedback Tool below can be used in two ways:

  • sent to buyers for them to complete

  • used as the framework for a face-to-face discussion.

If used as a discussion framework, you should consider having someone other than the key sales contact collect the feedback. Buyers are often more honest about the primary salesperson’s behaviour when talking to a second person.
