As we mentioned above there are two steps to the awareness stage of a development process. The first is self-awareness, where you get a sense of whether the tool you are using gives you the results you expect from answering questions about yourself.
The second is where you get feedback from others on how they see you: the 360-degree assessment. In this book we only facilitate the self-assessment. We do however give some information at the end of this chapter about the 360-degree process.
