Chapter 4. Dealing with Your Weaknesses

EVEN THOUGH we have strongly recommended that you play to your strengths in Executive Skills, there are some things that can be done to mitigate your weaknesses. It is only your two or three weakest Executive Skills that you should deal with, since the others are unlikely to hold you back. However, you have only a finite amount of Executive Skills capacity, so there is a cost if you decide to work on your weaker skills rather than focusing on those that are your strengths.
