FACING EXECUTIVE SKILLS WEAKNESSES in others is sometimes more difficult than facing weaknesses in yourself. Whereas the earlier chapters dealt with your opportunities to leverage your own Executive Skills strengths and weaknesses, this chapter and Chapter 6 focus on leveraging the skills in others.
