Chapter 10. Bidder Enrollment
This chapter looks at how I implemented the bidder enrollment subsystem. While going through this, I try to highlight any difficulties I ran into. One of the biggest benefits of a case study is that it highlights how to do something and shows where potential pitfalls lie. I show you where I did well and where I made any mistakes. This chapter focuses on one of the more interesting interoperability problems SOAP solves well. It focuses on allowing different languages, computers, and platforms talk to each other. For practicality, I developed everything on Windows 2000, got the Java parts running on Linux, and then cheered.[1]
