The Regulated Social Business Life Cycle

Three major types of activities are required to deliver on social business in regulated industries:

  • Define social business policy. The social media policy for all companies should be contained in a blog post, wiki page, or other social artifact so it can be readily accessed, updated quickly and simply, and commented on and discussed by workers so that a useful discussion ensues that drives improvements and organizational clarity.
