This chapter offers specific examples of social media (aka Web 2.0) tools and applications. In it, I pull out a few examples that are being used in business now. Each day, you’ll spend an hour or so looking at the selected examples and applications so that by the end of the chapter you’ll have worked through a range of social media tools and techniques and seen firsthand how they fit together in a business context.
