Building a mobile-enabled social community isn’t as hard as you may think. You can leverage existing social media platforms or build the mobile capability right into your existing interactive marketing channels, like your website and mobile Internet site.

People are already using Facebook and other social networking sites on their phones today, and they find it easy to accomplish certain tasks, such as uploading photos or posting updates. Some people even prefer to use their mobile phone; it may be much easier to get them to send in a picture from their phone then asking them to go home, find the picture on their computer, and upload it to the community.
