Building a mobile-enabled social community isn’t as hard as you may think. You can leverage existing social media platforms or build the mobile capability right into your existing interactive marketing channels, like your website and mobile Internet site.

People are already using Facebook and other social networking sites on their phones today, and they find it easy to accomplish certain tasks, such as uploading photos or posting updates.
