The Rise of the Social Employee
He was a new man in an old enterprise. It was so easy to laugh at Edward Johnson. It was something he himself often did. But he was a recovering alcoholic that had lost his two kids, wife, and career just ten years earlier. He had suffered great hardship, but was able to heal his wounds through humor. There was astuteness in the man, and great intelligence. And he was known not to suffer fools gladly.
