So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

5.1 Objectives
Usability is becoming an increasingly important factor in the success of durable systems. The end-users may reject durable systems that meet all of the functional requirements, but have usability issues. This Chapter, in particular, discusses the nature of software usability with durability. This chapter’s goal is to clarify the basic evaluation of software usability for durability estimation, which will be revisited in future chapters. It will also do some domain analysis in the area of how long software lasts.
