So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It’s time to switch gears a bit and discuss leadership practices within your endgame. I have read many books on leadership qualities over the past few years. It’s something that’s always been of interest to me. Many of those texts speak in terms of the true character of leadership showing itself in times of great pressure, high risk, and high stress. They allude to this being the true measure of a leader—not his or her performance when things are easy or going well.
Well, if those are the conditions that uncover good leadership traits and strong character, then welcome to the endgame. Those traits will certainly be uncovered. Endgames are under tremendous pressure and stress and there is always great risk. ...
