PROBLEM

You work without deciding together what you are going to create.

Teams face vision problems in three areas.

PROBLEM 1: NO VISION

The lack of an active vision doesn't just inhibit success; it actively promotes evil. If your behavior has no cause, you promote meaninglessness with every act.

PROBLEM 2: FALSE VISION

A false vision is worse than purposelessness. Hypocrisy compounds the basic evil of visionless acts by turning idealists into cynics. Hopelessness results if your behavior has a different cause than the one announced.
