Chapter 15. Conclusion

In 2011, I interviewed a candidate for a possible developer role in my company. She had about three years of experience. I found her knowledge and approach to be good. As is wont, I started asking some questions about software development processes. Imagine my surprise when she said that she did not know the traditional SDLC (software development life cycle). She had worked only on Agile projects. This was an epiphany of sorts for me. We now live in a world in which some software professionals start their careers only on Agile projects.
