Chapter 16. Epilogue

The journey at EuroT did not stop with the transformation program. The team recognized there were further summits to climb. The program originally focused on the IT organization. The next step was to move the larger organization toward the Agile path. As always, the change had to occur in the mind first. You can never “do Agile.” You can only “be Agile.” The leadership at EuroT deeply appreciated this subtle but profound notion.
