SPOC Step 4, Pipelines Implementation, is the development and testing phase of your project. Any SPOC step can be overlaid by another methodology, but this step is the most likely one to be combined with your existing standardized procedures.

Step 4 is broken out into several sub-steps. The report overview for this step, as seen in the next section, shows the overall process and the sequence of the sub-steps.
