I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 8. Understanding user requirements
The Chemical Tracking System (CTS) project was holding its first requirements elicitation workshop to learn what chemists would need to do with the system. The participants included a business analyst, Lori; the product champion for the chemists, Tim; two other chemist representatives, Sandy and Peter; and the lead developer, Ravi.
“Tim, Sandy, and Peter have identified 14 use cases that chemists would need to perform using the Chemical Tracking System,” Lori told the group. “You said the use case called ‘Request a Chemical’ is top priority and Tim already wrote a brief description for it, so let’s begin there.
