For a team to be effective, we have to start by arranging all team members in such a manner that they are in their appropriate places and know where we are headed. We have to bring the team into alignment.

In this chapter, we explore the different dimensions of alignment, the reasons for maintaining a focus on this alignment throughout our efforts, and how team size affects our approaches.
