/etc/default/su

su(1) also has a number of configuration settings, which are specified in /etc/default/su. In particular, the logging settings are important. The CONSOLE option might not be reasonable in all circumstances, so you will have to see for yourself whether it should be used in your environment. See Listing 4.4.
