								 /usr/lib/svr4.make [-f makefile][-eiknpqrst][names] 

Description

The sysV-make command is the vanilla System V version of make. If the environment variable USE_SVR4_MAKE is set, then the make command invokes this version of make.

make enables the programmer to maintain, update, and regenerate groups of computer programs. make executes commands in makefile to update one or more target names (names are typically programs).
