Deleting rows from application-period temporal tables
Rows can be deleted either completely from the temporal table (for example, all
records for a given primary key) or a portion of the row or rows can be removed
for a subset of the business period (FOR PORTION OF BUSINESS_TIME). We
consider both cases, and assume the table has the records shown in
Figure 5-37. Notice that Customer “Jane Doe” has two records.
