CHAPTER 24HOLDING A PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE

A preproposal conference may be held if a solicitation provides for one, or if it later becomes clear that one is needed and the solicitation recipients are so notified. Preproposal conferences give potential offerors and the government an opportunity to jointly review the requirements in the solicitation and further ensure that everyone understands the requirements in the same way.
