CHAPTER 35PROPOSAL REVISIONS

FAR 15.307 provides for the following with respect to proposal revisions:

• If an offeror is eliminated or otherwise removed from the competitive range, the contractor is notified that no further revisions to its proposal will be accepted or considered.

• The contracting officer may or may not request or allow interim proposal revisions to clarify and document understandings reached during negotiations (discussions).

• At the conclusion of discussions, each offeror still in the competitive range shall be given an opportunity to submit a final proposal revision.
