Breathe with your belly
In order to affect changes in others, we must be able to change ourselves. As you develop your skill for adjusting your physiology on a fundamental level, your emotions and thoughts will shift. Breathing well will dramatically alter your mental state, giving you access to calmer, happier thoughts; it will improve your physical wellbeing, your voice, and your general enjoyment of life. Influential people are invariably calm, confident and can be easily heard. When you breathe well, you’ll feel this way too.
