My guess is that you already have your own personal or professional Web design process in place. Whether you are into Agile, UML, waterfall, or something of your own devising, I’m not here to upset the apple cart—maybe just add a couple of extra apples to it. If you are a designer, CSS needs to become a central part of your Web design process.
