Controlling the MS-DOS Prompt Session
Now that you know the basics for working in a DOS window, you are ready to learn about the ways you can work with and control your DOS sessions.
Tip
Change the MS-DOS session from full screen to windowed and back again by pressing Alt+Enter.
Using the MS-DOS Prompt Toolbar
Windows MS-DOS sessions have a variety of interface controls. The toolbar will be familiar to you if you've been using the Windows Explorer. Figure 26.3 shows the MS-DOS Prompt toolbar and its controls.
