Using Remote Mail
When you are not connected to a network or your online service and need to read your email, Remote Mail can help you download specific mail messages and optimize your modem connect time. Remote Mail is best used when you expect either a large number of messages to be waiting in your inbox, or you anticipate large messages with attachments that you don't want to download all at once.
