Using the Windows Address Book

When you install Outlook Express, you also install a new and improved Windows Address Book. The new address book is fully integrated with Outlook Express but can also run as a stand-alone contact management application. In Windows Address Book, you can store home and business addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, security certificates, and other contact information.
