Using Network Tape Drives
Windows includes a Backup program you can use to back up your files to a network tape drive. Windows 95 works only with 1992 or later versions of certain tape drives (find the list in Backup Help). You might also call the tape drive manufacturer for information about backup software you can use with Windows 95.
Several drives are not compatible with Windows 95, including Archive drives, Irwin AccuTrak tapes and Irwin drives, Mountain drives, QIC Wide tapes, QIC 3020 drives, SCSI tape drives, Summit drives, and Travan drives.
