You've just learned the basics of envelope printing. But that's just the beginning: Word enables you to control all the following elements:
What kind of envelopes you use
How the addresses look and where they appear on the envelope
Whether the envelopes use postal bar codes
How the envelopes feed into your printer
To change the formatting of the addresses on your envelope, click the Options button in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box. The Envelope Options dialog box appears, as shown in Figure 4.7. It provides near-total control over how your delivery and return addresses look and where they print on the envelope.
