In the past few pages, you've learned how to create new styles. However, you can also make changes in existing styles. You can do so through the Style dialog box, or through the Style box on the Formatting toolbar.
If you want to systematically review and adjust the formatting of a style, use the Style dialog box. To do so, choose Format, Style. In the Styles list, choose the style you want to change, and click Modify.
The Modify Style dialog box opens (see Figure 6.8). As you can see, it looks much like the New Style dialog box. However, the existing style you've already chosen is listed in the Name box. The style's current settings are also listed in the Description area of the dialog ...
