The New Technologies Used in Word 2000 Web Pages
Whenever you save a Word document as a Web page or build a new Web page in Word 2000, you are building a page of HTML source code that can be read by a browser and interpreted by the browser to display the various elements in the Web page. As described earlier, traditional HTML code is now being supplemented by four other technologies (XML, CSSs, VML, and scripting languages) in Word 2000.
