So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Synchronizing Files in Web Folders
Both Web discussions and building or maintaining a Web site require you to work with files on the Web server. Using Web folders makes this job much easier. But what about the times when you want to work with the files that reside on the Web server but you are not attached to the network or the Internet, such as when you're travelling? Web folders include the capability to synchronize the files between your computer and the Web server.
Initiating Synchronization
To obtain the latest copies of files on the Web server, your connection to the Web server must be open. Right-click on the Web folder you want to synchronize from within Word 2000 or from Windows Explorer. Choose the Make Available Offline command from ...
