The Properties Window
The Object Properties dialog box, or the Properties window, is a dialog box designed to easily modify the properties of objects. With this dialog box, you can modify objects by object type on a per-object basis.
This is accomplished in two ways: by overall drawing or by selectioning objects from the drawing.
Modifying the Properties of the Overall Drawing
The Properties command is activated by selecting the Tools pull-down menu, Properties option, which opens the Properties dialog box, as shown in Figure 3.11.
