The Circle Command
The Circle command is accessed from the Draw toolbar or pull-down menu, or by simply typing C and pressing Enter at the command line.

The Circle command places a circle by radius or diameter, or based on specified points you have chosen to define the circle. You can choose from various options, mainly depending on how you wish to draw the circle.
After providing a center point for the circle, you can specify the size of a circle by its radius or by its diameter through the right-click menu shown in Figure 4.7.
