After you have placed a polyline in a drawing, you can edit it with the Pedit command. Because the polyline is a complex object, the Pedit command is an extensive tool with numerous options. This command can be used to edit two- and three-dimensional polylines as well as 3D meshes, which are covered in "Using Polylines in Three-Dimensional Space" later in this chapter. It can also be used to convert lines and arcs into polylines. Let's begin by accessing the Pedit option from the Modify pull-down menu or the Pedit button from the Modify toolbar (see Figure 6.6).
