Tracking Down Data Integrity Problems

A1: | Frustrating, isn't it? Testing your validation rule tells you only that a problem exists; it doesn't tell you which records are incorrect. To find and fix the invalid data, copy the contents of the rule and create a query that uses the same criteria. If necessary, edit the values in the query result datasheet, and then re-create the rule. |
