The Clip Organizer contains clips from the Office XP product. Adding your own clips (clip art, photos, sound files, and videos) located on your hard drive or network can make this feature even more useful. You can add clips to the Clip Organizer in three ways: automatically, independently, or through a scanner or digital camera.

To have the Clip Organizer automatically add and categorize your clips, choose File, Add Clips to Organizer, Automatically. The Add Clips to Organizer dialog box opens, from which you can specify how you want the Clip Organizer to perform this task.
